YEARBOOKS ARRIVE MAY 13!
The 2008 Talon is ready! Seniors will pick up their books during a special assembly on May 13 in the morning. A limited number of extra books and DVDs are available for purchase.
CASH OR MONEY ORDERS ONLY PLEASE! $70 for the yearbook and $10 for the DVD.
All other students can pick up books beginning May 15 in room 1134. No early pickups please.
2009 Senior Portraits
It's time for your senior portraits! The official photography studio is Prestige Portraits. To be included in the yearbook, you must have your yearbook portrait made at this studio. Watch the mail for your June appointment card.

All Seniors '09 who take their senior portraits at Prestige in June will be entered into a drawing for one of the following prizes:
- A quarter page SENIOR AD (2 awarded)
- A free yearbook (1 awarded)
- An Basic upgrade package for your yearbook purchase that includes 1 line personalization & icon (1 awarded)
- A Deluxe upgrade package for your yearbook purchase that includes 2 lines personalization & 2 icons (1 awarded)
- A free yearbook DVD (2 awarded)
You must take your portrait in June to qualify for the drawing. The drawing will be held in August and winners will be notified by mail.
Congratulations Regional Qualifiers!
At the UIL District Academic Meet, senior Callie Carroll advanced to regionals in UIL Feature Writing and UIL Headline Writing with a first place finish in each contest. Freshman Jessica Wong qualified as a regional alternate in News Writing with a fourth place finish.
Way to go girls!
