The Class of 2010 is doing a service Project for the Rowlett Animal Shelter and will be accepting dog and cat food, socks, cat nip and any toys until May 21st. After school on May 21st any 2010 class member can meet in Mrs. Hawley's room to make toys for the animals and plan the delivery.

The Class of 2010 are collecting used cell phones and ink cartridges as a fundraiser. Tiffany Bawcum is collecting those or you can send them to the RHS Library and Mrs. Sowers will get them to her.

Are you interested in being a 2010 class officer? Applications will be available at the mandatory meeting on Monday, May 5, in room 1201. Applications will be due on May 9.

The next fund-raising night at Big Star Burger will be on Monday night May 12!

We will have a full parent meeting for all of the class of 2010 on Monday, May 5th. The Board will meet at 6:00 p.m. and everyone is welcome at 7:00 p.m. in the RHS library. Please come to find out all the latest information and plans for the class of 2010. Drawings will be held with prizes for those that are present! Find out about Senior contracts that will save you money!

Save the date on May 21st for the Taste Test at Rowlett High School. We need everyone to participate...parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year! Get involved with your class!! (Forms are available for download, below).

Reminder - it is time to send in another payment on your Senior contract. This payment is due before the end of the 3rd trimester. If you are just getting started, by paying $40.00 per trimester you can be paid in full by May 2009. Don't wait, get your senior contract today! Students must have a senior contract in order to participate in any senior activities! Plus, having the contract Saves you money!!! See Mrs. Overby for more information and to turn in your contract!
