Ms. Guajardo's second year "Apprentice" students conducted class outside of the boardroom today with a local advertising businessman, Danny Faulkner Jr., owner of BB Outdoor Advertising. RHS salutes Mr. Faulkner for inviting these students into his home for an intimate discussion on the advertising industry over breakfast.

DECA's Mission
- DECA's mission is to enhance the co-curricular education of students with interest in
marketing, management and entrepreneurship.
- DECA helps students develop skills and competence for marketing careers,
build self-esteem, experience leadership and practice community experience.
- DECA is committed to the advocacy of marketing education and the growth of business
and education partnerships.
- DECA offers opportunities for marketing students through conferences, competition events, field trips and many, many scholarship opportunities.
- We work closely with other schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Friendships are formed and
contacts made that can follow DECA students throughout college and the work force.
- DECA is a nationally known organization. college and businesses recognize DECA students
as leaders in the communities and in the work force.
- The college level of DECA is called Delta Epsilon Chi.
