Thursday School
- 3 Unexcused Tardies
- Failure to Turn in Class Work
- Disciplinary Consequence for Failure to Follow School Rules ( Ex. Blocking Halls, Being in Unauthorized Areas)
- Cell Phone (Confiscated: Parent Pick Up, or $15.00, or End of Term Pick up)
- Use of CD Player (Confiscated until end of term)
- Medicines Not in Compliance with Clinic Procedures
RAC
- Disrespect to Staff/Faculty
- Dress Code Violation – Student must be in compliance with the district and school policy when entering the building. A student may be referred to RAC at any time during the school day.
- 4 or More Unexcused Tardies
- Inappropriate Language
- Failure to Dress out in P.E. after 2nd Warning
- Computer AUP Violation (Acceptable Use Policy) (could result in being blocked from using any school computer and removed from a computer-based class)
- Smoking or Possession of Tobacco Products
- Academic Dishonesty/Cheating
- Fighting (Following Suspension Days)
- 7 Second Rule Violation (Not Leaving the Area of a Fight)
- Disruption of School Operation/Reckless Speech
- Possession of Knife on Campus
- Medicines Not in Compliance with Clinic Procedures
- Contacting Parents about an Illness Not in Compliance with Clinic Procedures
- Skipping (any class or entire school day)
- Leaving Campus without Permission
- Parking Lot Violations
- Failure to Follow Hall Sweep Procedures
- Loitering (unsupervised in building after 2:40; unsupervised on campus after 3:15; could also result in a ticket for Criminal Trespass)
- Sexual Harassment
- Gang Activity
- Theft of Property under $200.00
Suspension
- Disrespect to Staff/Faculty
- Failure to Follow Hall Sweep Procedures
- Fighting
- Disruption of School Operation/Reckless Speech
- Possession of Knife on Campus
- Inappropriate Language
- Missed Thursday School without Prior Rescheduling
- Failure to Follow RAC Procedures
- Computer AUP Violation (Could result in suspension for extreme incidents of unauthorized or unacceptable access or use)
- Dress Code (continued referrals)
- Sexual Harassment
- Gang Activity
AEC or JJAEP
- Fighting
- Persistent Misconduct
- Sexual Harassment
- Drug or Alcohol Possession, Use, Sale, Delivery, or Being under the Influence
- Gang Activity
- Assault resulting in Serious Bodily Injury
- Serious Disruption of School Operation
- Theft of Property over $200.00
- Felony Charges for Offenses on or off Campus

For most offenses, the school’s jurisdiction extends 300 ft. from campus. The busses are considered an extension of our building.
