Math Night at Keeley Elementary is presented by the Keeley PTA and Mathnasium of Rowlett. It will be held on Thursday, February 1, at Keeley from 7 p.m.-8:30 p.m. We want you to join us for rewards, giveaways, and games for the whole family.
Keeley's book fair will be from January 19 until January 26. We invite you to come check out all of the great books we will be showing.
Congratulations are in order to our PTA Reflections contest winners. Jaime McMillen, a third-grader in Ms. Bennett's class, won the Overall Award of Excellence for Intermediate Film in the district. Lorena Potts, a third-grader in Miss Rodriguez' class, won the Award of Excellence for Intermediate Photography in the district. Jaime's entry will go on to compete at the state level. Congratulations to both of these students.
Congratulations go out to Lukas Hernandez, a fourth-grader at Keeley, and Daniel Ghebremeskel, a fifth-grader. Lukas is the winner of our spelling bee competition and Daniel is our runner-up. They will be representing Keeley at the district level spelling bee competition. Way to go!
Our Keeley 5th-grade students are selling Chick-fil-A calendars for only $8 to help with their camp costs. Each calendar comes with a calendar card (attached to the back) redeemable for a featured item each month. Get yours now as this offer mooooooves on out on Wednesday, December 13.
