Winston Preliminaries 2014
Our students did an amazing job on their Winston science projects. We can't wait to see them representing us at Winston. For the students that went on please show your school spirit and wear your WGA shirt.
Fire Reel Film Festival
Congratulations to Grayson Baker and Uyen Tran for making it onto the front page of the 2014-15 Fire Reel Film Festival Flyer!Way to represent Walnut Glen Academy For Excellence.
This picture was taken last year during the Film Festival when we won the 2014 Excellence in Broadcasting Award! This year the entry started October 1st and will continue in till December 31st this is where you can sign up for independent films.

Art in the Computer Lab
Students in first through fifth grades are also provided time in the school computer lab to learn how to create digitally mastered art pieces
Using Painter Classic software, Painter Essentials software, Wacom drawing boards and Wacom stylus pens. Students create original art using media provided through the use of state-of-the-art technology.

(Dads of Great Students). Watch D.O.G.S. is an innovative father involvement, educational initiative of the National Center For Fathering.
