This is the second time that Heather Gregory, T. J. Gilray and David Mitchell have been chosen for the All-State band. These fine musicians will now travel to San Antonio in February to perform at the Texas Music Educators Associatiobn convention as members of the Texas All-State Band and Orchestra. UIL Regional Competition at Mesquite Memorial

The Mighty Eagle Band received a Division 1 Rating in Class 5A and advanced to the Area Competition.
Marching Classic on the Lake

The Mighty Eagle Band competed in the Marching Classic on the Lake, hosted by the Little Elm High School Band, on Saturday, October 11, 2008. The band earned the following awards at the competition.
