HERO & Cybersafety week
September 22-26 is HERO and Cybersafety week in Garland ISD. Activities and programs throughout the week will promote a safe learning environment by educating students, teachers, parents and the community about cybersafety, respecting classmates, exemplifying good citizenship, and how to prevent bullying
in schools and communities.

Signature Packets and Family Verification Form
Several important forms will be sent home on the first day in the Signature Packet envelope. Please take special note of the Family Verification Form. This form will be used to :
- verify your family's contact information
- gather your email address
- send out login instructions for Skyward Family Access.

Supplies will need to be replenished throughout the school year. Taking advantage of summer supply sales to stock up is a great idea!
Parents please note that the basic supplies are listed but that each content/subject area will have specific supply items that your child will need for those classes. Your child will receive a list from each teacher on the first day of classes.

volunteer form to the office to help with field trips, dances, or in the classroom. Forms need to be given to the office in person; please bring a photo ID with you.
