Welcome to the Library at Bullock Elementary School. We have over 10,000 books for students to use for research and enjoyment. In our library students learn research and library skills that will last a lifetime. Love for wonderful literature is encouraged so students will develop a lifelong love for reading.

Checking Out Books

Students in Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade check out one book each week when they come to the library. They may also check out additional books as needed at Free Checkout times throughout the week. Students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades check out two books each week when they come to the library. They too may check out additional books as needed throughout the week.

Checkout Schedule

Designated "Free Checkout" times are as follows: Monday through Friday 7:50am-8:10am. Additional free checkout times are available as time and schedules permit.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Several special programs are encouraged through our library program. Among those programs are: BOOK-IT (sponsored by area Pizza Huts), BRAUM'S BOOK BUDDY, and SIX HOUR READING CLUB (sponsored by Six-Flags and Weekly Reader), and "Get a Kick out of Reading".
In addition to these reading programs, we offer a Fall Book Fair and a Spring Book Fair.
