Ace the Aviator proudly stands with Armstrong's name sake, John W. Armstrong. We are the only school in Garland ISD to be named after a former student.

Focus on the importance of higher education during College Week! During this exciting week of activities, we aim to help students reach their goals by providing opportunities to explore college, military and technical training. As part of this week, we will have a College Night event where we will be exploring colleges and universities.

Join us for an evening of performances by our high school bands.


Join us for an evening of amazing band performances at our 45th annual GISD Band Festival. Students from all high schools will perform their UIL marching shows.

Gates open at 5:30 and tickets will be $5. All proceeds benefit GISD band programs.

Once registered, you can vote during early voting (Oct. 21-Nov. 1) or on  Election Day (Nov. 5).

Delegate meeting for the Council of PTAs.


General meeting for Garland ISD's Council of PTAs. These meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month.

The campus principal or their designee, the PTA president, and two council delegates are invited to attend each general meeting.  Please note that meetings will either be at Harris Hill or Student Services due to room availability.
