Meet Nurse Mikesell

I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University, Wreck 'em! I have been a nurse for 12 years, starting out at Baylor Scott and White All Saints in Fort Worth in the Cardiac ICU where I spent 10 years. This will be my third year at Armstrong, and I have truly enjoyed getting to see your children and getting to know your families. I am married to my high school sweetheart for 12 years and we have four amazing children together. My husband is the head basketball coach at Sachse, and we have truly loved being in this community. 

Here is a healthy tip- Move more and sit less- run, hop, skip or jump and do a silly dance!
