Familes at Beaver Tech, along with staff and faculty worked together for the Big Give Mission. This community service project collected more than 700 boxes of cereal.
This food drive was spearheaded by Beaver Tech's National Elementary Honor Society. Students, along with our counselor, Ms. Sinclair, surpassed their goal of collecting 600 boxes of cereal. NEHS worked togther to stand all the boxes in the hallway culminating with a giant dominio effect of 700 cereal boxes as the whole school lined the halls and cheered on!
The cereal was donated to The Good Samaritan of Garland. This community service organization helps to feed those in need.
The Good Samaritan thanks all who helped with this donation and is happy to report that their shelves are full of cereal now, thanks to Beaver Tech.
