Check out procedures

Prekindergarten, kindergarten, and first grade students may check out one book at a time. After Winter break, students in first grade with clear library records will be allowed to check out two books. Students in 2nd grade start the year off checking out two books and move to three if their record is clear. Third-fifth graders may choose 3 books.

If a student finishes their book(s) before the next time their class goes to the library, then they may be allowed to go the the library during open checkout times with a pass from their teacher. Open checkout is every day from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
