Volunteer
"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give" -Winston Churchill
We have been fortunate in the past to have a very successful volunteer program and once again we need parents, grandparents, and older siblings to help. We greatly appreciate the dedication and time received from our volunteers each year. Volunteering will make a difference in your child’s life and in their education.
Volunteer opportunities
There are many good reasons to volunteer at the Burg. Whether it's joining PTA, helping out at the school, or donating goods, volunteering shows our kids that you take an interest in their education and it sends a positive message that you consider school a worthwhile cause. Check out the different ways you can volunteer!
It is very important that EVERYONE complete the Volunteer Program Application Form if you would like to volunteer at the school. Garland Independent School District requires this paperwork be completed for the safety of our children. To complete the application process, please come to front office and submit your ID.
