Cultural Heritage Night

October is National Hispanic Heritage Month in the United States, and every year Bussey Middle School hosts an amazing affair in celebration of it and all the other cultures around the world.

The night consists of a collaboration of performances by local artists, mariachi bands, flamenco dancers, and Bussey Middle School's own fine arts programs. Our wonderful parent volunteers help organize the occasion, and our AP Spanish 4 class helps decorate, greet, and serve food to the performers and the community.

AVID Tutors

Not only do our AVID tutors help with our AVID students, they have also volunteered to assist with intervention and STAAR prep. Thank you for always being ready and willing to help!

Donate dress code clothing

We are in need of dress code clothing. Please donate gently used dress code pants and polo shirts to Bussey Middle School. We want all of our students to be in class at all times. This allows students what were unable to come to school in dress code to change and return to class quickly. Please make sure all of the clothes are washed and ready to wear.
