Welcome to Caldwell Elementary!
Hello Caldwell Family!
It is my honor to be a part of the amazing Caldwell learning team and family! One of my core beliefs is that together as a team, we each contribute and collaborate towards the success of all students. Our school will work hard to provide engaging learning that inspires and challenges all learners. Together, we will ensure students have opportunities to grow, learn and reach their full potential.
Serving in Garland ISD over the past 16 years has afforded me many opportunities to work with amazing students, parents, and effective, passionate, hard-working teachers. During that time I served as the Early College and P-Tech principal, assistant principal and classroom teacher. I earned a Bachelor degree in Secondary Education in English Language Arts from Sul Ross State University and Master in Educational Leadership from Texas A & M Commerce.
Our mission and goal is to have a unified and shared vision to prepare all students as they take on their educational journey. We look forward to continuing our partnership with parents and community members; we are here to serve and grow together in the education of our GISD students. Together we will achieve excellence!
It is my pleasure to serve as your Caldwell Elementary principal!
Believe to Achieve,
I am Natali Legeros, your Assistant Principal. I am humbled at the privilege of being part of your children’s educational journey.
I sincerely believe in every child's ability to be successful, and I look forward to partnering with each of our Caldwell families to ensure all our students are provided with the opportunities and structure they need to learn, grow, and achieve.
I have had the pleasure of serving the Garland community for 10 years as a teacher, instructional support interventionist, and instructional coach. My educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policies Studies, dual degrees in Organizational Psychology and General Psychology with an Economics minor.
I am honored to be part of Caldwell and working alongside a team of educators that are equally passionate about learning, growing, and instilling positive global citizenship values in all of our students. I look forward to a great year and collaborating with all Caldwell’s stakeholders to foster the success of all our students.
Remember, “Believe to Achieve”!
