STAAR Bootcamp is in full swing! 🚀
Our Cardinals in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade are working hard and having a great time at STAAR Bootcamp! Each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:45–4:45 PM, students gather after school to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and prepare for success.
Bootcamp is open to all 3rd–5th grade students, not just those who need extra help. Many students come to challenge themselves, practice test strategies, and grow even stronger in reading, math, and science.
We are incredibly proud of how much our students are learning and growing. From solving tricky problems to working together on fun review games, the energy in Bootcamp is amazing. Students are showing perseverance, asking great questions, and celebrating their progress along the way.
One thing is clear—hard work and fun can go hand in hand! We love seeing our Cardinals show up ready to learn, encourage one another, and give their best effort.
We hope to see even more 3rd–5th graders join us at STAAR Bootcamp—Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:45–4:45 PM! 📚✨

GISD READY
The GISD READY program encompasses a strong academic foundation including all aspects of the GISD Portrait of a Graduate. GISD has identified some key steps students should take to get ready, setting the stage for future success!!!
