Student checkout
Student's will be bringing home 1 board book in a plastic white reading Ninjabag after Labor Day holiday
Students need to return their plastic library bag and books every Monday to their teacher.

Cubby's message to students
Cubby can not wait for students to visit the library and check out books. Cubby loves reading and wants everyone to love it as well.
Library goal
The goal here at Cisneros is to develop a love of reading and books for the children and parents. The more we expose our children to a variety of books, the more they will learn to love them.

Importance of Reading
If a child reads for 20 minutes every day, they are exposed to about 1.8 million words of text every year. That is 137 new words per minute!
