Club Hill STEM has partnered with the Big Brother Big Sister program and Brookdale Senior Living. Adults from Brookdale serve as mentors (Bigs) for select 3rd and 4th grade students. The goal of the program is to provide our students with positive encouragement from a mentor. Students enjoy various activities, play games, create arts/crafts, and build positive relationships. Ms. Kneedler and the students go to Brookdale and visit with their Bigs in a facilitated group twice a month during school hours. What a sweet way to foster intergenerational relationships.
