Our SAIL K-3 students had a very special visitor- Dog Man himself came to our classrooms! This visit was a great way to celebrate reading and spark even more excitement about our SAIL program.

Juneteenth is a federal holiday recognizing the end of slavery in the United States in 1865.
It is also known as "Emancipation Day", "Freedom Day", and "Juneteenth Independence Day".
