Teacher Bio: My name is Lorraine Pomales, and I am currently the 4th & 5th grade Math and Science Bilingual teacher. I am entering my 8th year of teaching at Cooper Elementary. Prior to this role, I taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade in Garland/Cooper. Before joining Garland ISD, I spent three years teaching Kindergarten and 3rd grade in Dallas ISD.

I have a deep passion for education and truly enjoy working with children. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their academic growth and development. Outside of the classroom, I am married and have four children and one grandchild. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, going to church, and singing.

Teacher Bio: Hey there! My name is Ms. Williams and I am so excited to be your child’s 5th grade math and science teacher this year. I graduated from Dallas College with my Associates Degree in 2021. I then completed my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Texas at Tyler in April 2023. I love to travel, cook, bake, and do anything crafty. I can’t wait to meet you and your child. We are going to have a great year together!
