We have been celebrating "Science Camp" at Pine Cove. 5th grade students go to camp to get ready for the STAAR Science Test.

At the end of every school year, we celebrate the last days of school with Field Day Fun. You can purchase a t-shirt for your student to wear, and volunteer for fun and games. Please contact Coach Klem with any questions.

We do one major fundraiser every year where students will sell items to bring extra money to programs sponsored by our school.

PTA sponsors movie nights for our students in the cafeteria.

Every year Ms. Grotti puts together music programs involving a variety of grade levels at a time. These great performances correspond with a Daugherty PTA meetings.

Red Ribbon Week is sponsored by the Daugherty PTA. This program is run to encourage and educate students to be drug free. Red Ribbon Week takes place at the end of October.
