All graduates are required to have a signed Graduation Contract on file with Mrs. Turner in the main office if they wish to participate in the commencement ceremony.

| Senior Yearbook Ad Deadline |
Nov. 30 - early bird prices end. Jan. 11 - final deadline. See Ms. Hand in room 1115 or e-mail djhand@garlandisd.net for more information. |
| Graduation Contract | All seniors and their parents must read and sign the Graduation Contract. Seniors will not receive graduation tickets unless contract is signed and returned to Mrs. Turner by December 7, 2018. |

| Loss of Credit Sessions | Required for any senior who has not met 90% attendance compliance in each of their classes. Must serve all time to be cleared for graduation. Consult with the attendance office to verify that you're clear. |

| Senior Prom |
Saturday, April 27, 2019 VOUV Dallas Event Center, 4445 Sigma Rd, Dallas, TX 75244 Must be in compliance with dance dress and grooming codes. All students should have a student ID. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Non-LCHS students/guests attending prom must have prior approval by completing a Guest Event Registration form and must bring a picture ID. No guests over the age of 20 will be approved. |

May 21, 2019, 6:00 pm All awards and scholarships will be announced, as well as our Top Ten Graduates in rank order. |

| Graduation Rehearsal |
May 29, 2019, 1:30 pm Required of every senior planning to participate in the graduation ceremony. All seniors must be "graduation ready:" must meet dress code, fees/fines must be settled, and cleared from the loss of credit list (if applicable). |
| Graduation Tickets | The number of tickets each student will receive is determined by the number of available seats divided by the number of graduates. We will not know this number until mid-May. Tickets will be distributed on a date prior to the rehearsal. ALL tickets are distributed and are free; there are no "extra" tickets. |
| Graduation DVD/ Senior "Shout-outs"/ Flowers | These items will be available to order via the Curtis Culwell Center website. Note that the only flowers allowed in the CCC are those purchased via their website. |
| Graduation Pictures |

| Final Transcripts |
All transcripts are ordered through Naviance; seniors need to complete a "Student Record Release" authorization form. Be sure to order final transcripts, and allow 24-hours for processing. |
| Graduation Buses | All seniors are required to ride the buses from LCHS to the CCC. Seniors will report to LC at 4:00 pm on May 30. Dress code will be checked prior to boarding buses. Buses will load at 4:45 pm, leaving shortly thereafter. Anyone not on the bus at that time will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony. |
