Families and employees should now report positive COVID-19 cases and exposures through our electronic COVID Positive/Exposure Case Report form available on the Report COVID case/exposure page.
This centralized tracing form will help streamline the reporting process so that case information can be given in a more timely manner. A staff member will reach out to you with instructions and guidance after the form is completed.
