Mrs. Hines is entering her 24th year with Garland ISD and fully embraces the honor of serving her fourth year as Principal of Garland High School. Her previous experience in Garland includes serving as: Principal of Austin Academy, Assistant Principal of Garland High School, a science educator at Naaman Forest High School, district ESL Instructional Support, and a middle school teacher at Brandenburg Middle School. Mrs. Hines is married to her husband, Corey, and is a proud step-mom of Carson (age 11). In their spare time, they enjoy going to the movies, traveling, watching sports, and making meals at home. Mrs. Hines enthusiastically supports the culture and tradition of Garland High School and looks forward to continuing to build off of the multitude of strengths and successes to best serve the students and community.
