Austin Academy will hold the annual summer band camp virtually this year. You should have received an email with the schedule, links to virtual meet, and more information. If you did not recieve the information, or if you have questions, please email Mrs. Wis. Margaret Wis  (Director of Bands for 33 years), Alex Harrison (AAE Assistant Director for 5 years), and the entire private lesson staff will be teaching during the camp to ensure our talented AAE Band students start the 2020-2021 school year with EXCELLENCE!   Please see Cut Time for camp information and schedule.

• 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Trumpets, Clarinets (not bass), Flutes, Oboes, Alto Saxes, and Horns
• 7:10 – 8:10 p.m. Trombones, Euphoniums, Tubas, Bass Clarinets, Tenor Sax, Bari Sax 

Wednesday, July 29

• 5:00 – 5:50 p.m. 7^th/8^th Grade Oboe All-Region Masterclass
• 5:00 – 5:50 p.m. All-Region Masterclass for Snare (all 7^th and 8^th grade percussion)
• 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. All-Region Masterclass for All 7^th and 8^th grade students, Except for Oboes, Bassoons and Percussion
• 7:15 – 8:00 p.m. Full Band!!!!!!

Thursday, July 30

• 5:00 – 5:50 p.m. 7^th/8^th Grade Bassoon All-Region Masterclass
• 5:00 – 5:50 p.m. All-Region Masterclass for Mallets (all 7^th and 8^th grade percussion)

• 8:10 – 8:30 p.m. Full Band End of Camp Run Through

Please attend the full band on Wednesday and Friday.   You are welcome to join any of the other sessions also.  Please practice your pep band music parts on your own.  You are encouraged to continue or begin lessons with Dr. Feerst.
