Golden Meadows students participate in P.E class 2-3 times a week. In class they are given opportunities to play games, dance and work with sports equipment. Every activity is centered around developing their gross motor skills, strategic thinking abilities and concentration. Our students have fun playing, but also learn important concepts like sportsmanship, positive thinking and respect for one another.

Every day students participate in 50 minutes of intervention or enrichment. During this time our intervention team assists the classroom teacher in pulling small groups of students who need additional support on content they have not yet mastered. While this is happening the other classroom students are working on activities, like "Think Tanks" that are on level, or above, and support continued growth.
