Firefighter: This program equips students with a comprehensive knowledge base and valuable skills for a career in firefighting. Starting as early as 10th grade, cadets can earn both high school and college credit through El Centro towards a degree in fire science. Successful completion leads to Basic Structural Firefighter certification through the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
