Our school, Handley STEM Elementary, is one of GISD’s Innovative Schools of Choice. 

Students enrolled at STEM campuses have numerous opportunities for hands-on learning and get to participate in enrichment programs that explore the various parts of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics). 

Our STEM school provides students with the strong foundation they need to enter the modern 21st century workplace. Students that graduate from a STEM program are innovative, critical thinkers, and are able to apply the skills learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Our goal at Handley STEM is to prepare students for future successes, empowering and developing them at an early age to graduate ready for college, careers, and life in a global economy.
