Herfurth Elementary was proud to be designated a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon school in 2023.  

 

Established in 1982, the National Blue Ribbon Schools Program recognizes schools nationwide for their exemplary contributions to education. Herfurth Elementary's designation as a National Blue Ribbon School is a testament to its dedication to academic achievement and a source of pride for the entire Garland ISD community.
