Socks for the homeless
It’s that time of year again! The Eagle Council students will be conducting a sock drive for Jonathan’s Place homeless shelter. The sock drive will start Friday September 22 – Friday December 8th.
K-2nd will collect socks for infants, toddlers, and kids (boys and girls)
3rd -5th grade will collect socks for teens and adults (boys, girls, men and women).
*THE SOCKS WILL NEED TO BE BRAND NEW! Thank you.*
Last year we collected 1,806 pairs of socks. Our goal this year will be 2,500. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place class winners.
- 1st place class - pizza party!
- 2nd place class - popcorn party!
- 3rd place class - each student in the class will get 5 Eagle Bucks!
