Social emotional skills help students manage everyday life. Through these learning experiences, students can develop and enhance their social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making skills. More information is on the counselor page

Attendance matters

Attendance matters! Students win with their academics when they are at school every day. As an added student attendance incentive, three names will be pulled for a prize at the beginning of morning announcements every day.

Family Support Nights are in-person events open to all families, not just those who attend the hosting schools. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about the Choice of School process, explore Magnet options, learn about transportation, and complete enrollment. Technology will be provided on-site.

The Choice/Magnet application window is open from December 1 to January 12.

Parents from any school can attend this event at Back Elementary, located at 7300 Bluebonnet Drive, Rowlett, TX.
