At Outdoor University, our teachers and staff are highly screened, fully trained, and kid friendly. Your students will be excited to learn in a safe and fun outdoor setting. Each member of our staff will serve, encourage and challenge your students during the classes and activities.

We will leave Keeley on Monday morning around 9:00 a.m. and return Wednesday around 2:30 p.m.  All students can be picked up on Wednesday afternoon.

Any student who does not attend camp is required to come to school on the days we are gone. They will stay with a substitute and work on curriculum assignments.

• Price includes all meals, lodging, activities, and school bus transportation for students only.
• This year we will be able to take credit card payments. All students have been billed in Skyward. There is a 3.9% convenience fee for paying online. 
• We accept and and all payments each day. All camp costs must be paid in full by Friday, November 22, 2024.  NOTE: We are charged for each child we submit as attending. 
• We are no  longer allowed to do individual fundraising. Any fundraisers are to obe used for the entire fifth grade and not an individual student. 
• PTA has helped offset the cost of camp so that we don't have to charge each student and chaperone so much.

• On or before November 22 - $200

CHAPERONE

Three payment due dates/amounts:

• September 27 - $50

• On or before November 22 - $75

NOTES:

• Chaperone payment of $150 and/or student payment of $200 can be paid in full any day before November 22.
• Please feel free to speak with a fifth-grade teacher or Ms. McCutcheon if other payment arrangements need to be made. 

We need moms and dads. You will always be with your child at activities, mealtime, recreation time, and cabin if you are the same gender. 

If you, for example, are a dad going with your daughter, you will bunk with the boys and help with them in the cabin. We will mix your group of boys with a girls' group for activities so you will be with your daughter during all the activities. 

Chaperones are expected to stay at camp the entire time and are responsible for a group of students at all times. There will be at least two chaperones for each group of kids. You will never supervise alone. We need a firm commitment on chaperones, so we are sure we have enough parents going. 

ALL chaperones are required to have a background check. This must be completed and approved.
