Did you know that Keeley has a morning announcement crew that brings live announcements every morning to the whole school? This team consists of eight 5th-grade students who gather the news every day and are live on camera in the classrooms each morning. They let everyone know the weather forecast, lunch menu, pledges, and everything that is happening at the school.

Our fifth-grade has kicked reading for fun up a notch! Every Wednesday, those of us who have chosen to read the book club book, meet in Mrs. Clayton's room for lunch to chat about what we have read so far. We don't do worksheets, or assignments, we just READ and talk about our book while we eat. It's so much fun!
