Meet your teachers

Welcome to Fourth Grade at Kimberlin Academy for Excellence! We’re thrilled to have our Knights in the classroom this year. Students will explore chapter books, write exciting stories and reports, master multiplication and division strategies, and discover fascinating facts about rivers, ecosystems, states, and capitals! This year they will grow in independence, share ideas with friends, and take on hands-on science and social studies challenges—all while embodying our P.R.I.D.E. values of Purpose, Responsibility, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence as respectful classroom leaders.

Fourth grade is a crucial year for building confidence and strong academic habits. Students will engage in reading comprehension routines, expository writing, critical-thinking math problems, and research-based inquiry projects. We’ll keep families informed through Dojo messages with updates, upcoming assignments, and tips to support literacy and math at home. Events like parent-teacher conferences, math and game nights, and supply-sharing opportunities will help strengthen our partnership.
