#GISD Always Connected

All students and parents can check their grade level digital platform (SeeSaw or Google Classroom) for communication from Coach Carson on how to connect with her virtually during this time of At-Home learning and physical activity.  She is available to meet during her virtual office hours from 9:00-10:00 am and again from 11:00 am-noon Monday through Friday.

P.E. class

Students participate in physical education classes at least twice a week for 50 minutes. We focus on learning a variety of physical activities. We learn sports (football , soccer, etc.), basic motions (catching, throwing), and fun games (gaga ball, sprout ball).

At KAE we teach the importance of proper nutrition by promoting healthy eating. We model the importance of good sportsmanship by praising our students' efforts. We teach students that it is not about winning or losing but doing their best and having fun!
