To help ensure students are prepared for learning on the first day of school, please bring the following general supplies:

• Backpack
• Pens (blue or black ink)
• Pencils
• Highlighters
• Loose-leaf notebook paper
• Spiral notebooks and/or composition notebooks (wait for course specifications)
• Folders with pockets (wait for course specifications)
• Binder (1–2 inch recommended; wait for course specifications)
• Chromebook and charger (issued by Garland ISD)
• Wired headphones or earbuds (required for testing and instructional activities)

Additional Course-Specific Supplies:

Some courses may require additional materials. Teachers will communicate any course-specific supply needs during the first days of school or through their course syllabus.
