Vision 

All Patriots will acquire the academic, career and social-emotional skills to reach their fullest educational potential and successfully manage their lives as healthy, responsible, competent and productive citizens who respect themselves and others.

Mission 

The mission of the Lakeview Centennial High School Counseling Department is to provide a proactive, comprehensive, and developmentally appropriate program to address students' academic and career goals in addition to supporting them emotionally and socially.  This is accomplished through a collaborative relationship with parents/guardians, staff, and community stakeholders to enable all students to become lifelong learners in a diverse world.

Senior Student Record Release Form

Graduating Seniors, please fill out the Student Record Release Form. This fillable form is used for sending transcripts to colleges and universities and needs to be on file for each senior. You will need Acrobat Reader in order to complete the form.

Bullying

No student should be subjected to bullying or harassment that interferes with their ability to learn or their safety.

Anonymous Alerts®

You can use the Anonymous Alerts® webform or mobile app to quickly, easily and anonymously report bullying, cyberbullying and other sensitive topics to school officials.

Anonymous Alerts® is monitored by GISD Security 24-hours daily and should only be used for serious and urgent matters. In the event of an emergency or life-threatening event, always call 911.
