Assistant Principal Biography

Hello, Roadrunners!

My name is Erin Pacheco and I am the Assistant Principal here at Montclair. I am excited to join the Montclair family and serve the students, families, and teachers of our community.

I began my teaching career in Houston in Aldine ISD where I taught self-contained 3rd grade for two years. I moved up to the Dallas area and joined GISD as a 4th grade English Language Arts and Reading teacher at Williams Elementary. To experience all grade levels, I joined Sewell Elementary as a Title I Interventionist. I began my administrative career here in GISD at Bradfield Elementary prior to coming to Montclair.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Upper Iowa University with endorsements in Reading and Coaching. I attended the University of Texas at Arlington for graduate studies where I graduated with my Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy studies.

My family life includes my husband, Chris, our twin boys Bryson and Bradley, and our two dogs, Penny and Koda. I understand the struggle between balancing life at home and life at school. I am dedicated to supporting the needs of your children while they are here at Montclair. I want to ensure that we are providing the best educational environment for your children to learn.

I am thrilled to join the wonderful team of educators here at Montclair. We invite you to join us as we work together to create the best educational environment for our children. Please feel free to contact me at any time with questions, or concerns. I look forward to working with you and your children!
