Students may visit the library before school, during their lunch period & from class with a library pass from their teacher. Students are required to sign in & must wear their Student ID while in the library. 

• All Naaman Forest students may check out 5 books at a time. Books are due every three weeks and may be renewed up to two times, as long as no other students have the book on hold. 

• Overdue notices are sent out via school email once a book is one week overdue. 

• There are no late fees for overdue books, only fines for books that are lost or damaged.

Databases, e-books & other online resources can be accessed through MackinVIA or Destiny Discover. Log in to GISD’s Ready Hub to access or visit the Naaman Forest Library Canvas page for more information. 

Students may print in the library from any of the 25 desktop computers. Black & white copies cost $0.10 per page and color copies cost $0.25 per page. 

The PageTurners book club meets once per month in the library right after school. It is open to all grade levels and all reading levels. If you would like to have fun, discuss books, authors, writing, and meet new people, let Mrs. Johnson, the librarian know.
