Our Itech, Mr. Torne Meza will be able to provide services for the following:
Bad keyboard on chromebook, no sound, bad buttons, no internet, not charging, "OS missing"
Lost or missing chargers
Issuing devices/ Replacements
Helping track missing devices
Any hardware issue you may come across
Any other requests, please refer to our Campus Technology Specialist 1, Mrs. Landrum. If you're not sure who to contact, put in a ticket and we'll assign it to the right person who is going to take care of your need. Our 1:1 Ready Instructional Coach, Ardelle Hamilton, can help you with Canvas and anything that has to do with instructional technology integration.

Lost or stolen Device?
Notifying the appropriate staff right away is essential when a device goes missing. Technology and Security department staff will work to recover devices.
- During the school week - report to campus iTech or CTA within 48 hours
- On weekends, holidays, summer - contact GISD Security immediately at 972-494-8911. Staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
