Disa McEwen

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve as principal of Parsons Prekindergarten School. This is my 19th year in education.

I taught Special Education, PreK and 3rd grade before serving as an Elementary Support Coach servicing 10 campuses across the district. Prior to being named principal here, I served as the principal and assistant principal at Hickman Elementary.

I look forward to working with you and your child to ensure that we have a wonderful and productive year. Honored to be your child’s first principal. Proud to be a Parsons Panda.

Tedria Charles

My name is Tedria Charles and I was born and raised in Oklahoma where most of my family resides.  I recently moved back to Texas from Oklahoma.  I graduated from Langston University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and The University of Oklahoma with a master's in educational leadership.  I've served twenty-five years in education.  I spent twelve years teaching and thirteen years in administration.  My true passion is helping people learn and grow!
