The purpose of Student Council is to promote each individual at Rowlett High School, promote favorable student-faculty relations, provide a forum for student opinions, promote thoughtful respect for law and order and the general welfare of the school and community, carry on an effective program of service to the school and surrounding community, inspire leadership abilities in the school student body and to create and maintain school interest, spirit and loyalty. .

Student Council meetings are once a month on Thursday, before and after school in the library.

 

 

You do NOT have to attend BOTH meetings each month. 😊

Choose the meeting (afternoon or morning) that works best with your schedule.  Be sure to sign in at the meetings you attend, and be sure to pick up the Points Sheet Calendar for the month so you know what events are coming up.

NOTE: You MUST have your student ID to enter the library, and you are required to scan in when you enter for the meeting. Please be prepared.

Monthly committee meetings and committee workdays will be announced each month.
