Mrs. Stefanie Cooper is beginning her ninth year as the Director of the Silver Rhythm Dancers at Rowlett High School, where she leads both the Varsity and JV programs. A lifelong dancer and veteran of the Texas dance and drill team world, Stefanie has directed dancers across the Metroplex, including Irving ISD, Plano ISD, and Frisco ISD. She is also celebrating her 20th year in public education.

As a former Texas State University Strutter, Mrs. Cooper brings a strong emphasis on technique, performance quality, and innovative choreography to the Silver Rhythm Dancers. Her directing philosophy goes beyond dance—she believes in developing the whole dancer by nurturing confidence, character, emotional growth, leadership, and academic success.

Stefanie and her husband, Scott, are both high school educators who share a passion for developing young leaders. Outside of school, they enjoy spending time with their three sons and cheering them on in all of their adventures.

Mrs. Cooper is passionate about creating a program where dancers feel challenged, supported, inspired, and empowered to become strong performers, leaders, and students. Her goal is to leave a lasting impact on every dancer who walks through the Silver Rhythm Dancer doors while helping pave the way for a brighter tomorrow.
