Stefanie and her husband Scott are both high school educators that have a passion for growing leaders. They love spending time outside of directing and coaching keeping up with their three sons.
Using her experience as a Texas State University Strutter, she has brought a refreshing focus on technique and advanced performance style back to the Silver Rhythm Dancers. Mrs. Cooper has a unique directing style that embraces the dancer as a whole and focuses not only on dance ability, but the emotional development of the dancer as a whole. Dancers grow into strong leaders, performers, and students in the Silver Rhythm Dancer program at Rowlett High School paving the way for a better tomorrow.
The Silver Rhythm Dancers were founded in 1996 and many of the original traditions still stand today. The SRDs perform locally at varsity football games, varsity basketball games, at GISD elementary and middle schools, and many Rowlett community events. They have also performed all over the state of Texas. Each year, our season concludes at our annual Silver Rhythm Revue held in the last few months of school.
