Transcripts
Current students
GREAT NEWS!
You no longer have to request your transcript through the Registrar to send it! You now have the ability to send it directly from your Greenlight Locker. Garland ISD has partnered with Greenlight credentials to allow students/families to instantly and securely share academic credentials and records with educational institutions, employers, and the military.
Current 12th graders may begin enrollment and immediate use of the system beginning NOW. If students are under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must also register and sign a FERPA release form to give authorization. The parent/guardian must use the same enrollment code as the student.
Please view the videos below for instructions on how to register on Greenlight, including how to look up your enrollment code:

NOTE FOR EXISTING GREENLIGHT LOCKER ACCOUNTS:
If you already have a Greenlight locker account through Dallas College or the Texas Bridge Program, do not register again. Use the enrollment code that you have already been assigned. Your GISD transcript has been added to your existing account.
If you continue to receive Greenlight error messages, screenshot the error message and email it to ljoneshuggins@garlandisd.net
Requesting Hard Copies of Transcripts
If you need a hard copy of your transcript, please email your requests to Janna Guzman. You will then be given a date and time to pick up the transcripts (normally within 24-48 hours after request). You must have an appointment to come to campus to pick up transcripts.
To request a transcript through the counseling office, please complete this transcript request Google form.
Final transcripts
Seniors, before you graduate, you must request your Final Official Transcript! All colleges, universities, trade schools and the military require a final transcript. Do not forget!
Greenlight:
Official final transcripts will not be available until the last week of June or the first week of July.
Former students/Graduates
The Counseling Office at Rowlett High School retains records (active and withdrawn) for 2 years past the current graduation year. If you graduated in 2019, 2020 or 2021 and are in need of a copy of your transcript, please fill out this Google form. If you have questions, please email Tammy Adkins at tgadkins@garlandisd.net.
All transcripts and records for prior years must be requested from GISD Student Services, 720 Stadium Drive, Garland. 972-494-8253 or 8255.
