Volunteer opportunities
Volunteers are an important part of our school community because they help create a supportive and welcoming environment for students. Their involvement strengthens the connection between home and school. Volunteers at Routh Roach can help with school events, chaperone a field trip, donate goods or join PTA. Check out the different ways you can volunteer.

If you would like to volunteer at our school, you must fill out the Volunteer Program Application Form which is required by Garland Independent School District for the safety of our children.
How to volunteer
Apply
Anyone who would like to volunteer must:
- provide a photo ID to the front office
- complete an online application and upload a copy of your photo ID
The online application can be completed at home or the main office of any campus.
What happens next?
- A background check will be performed using the Raptor Volunteer Management System.
- You will receive an email to notify you when you may begin volunteering.
