Roger Ceballos - Principal

Roger Ceballos is proud to serve as the principal of Schrade Middle School, the Pride of Rowlett. With more than 20 years of leadership and service to communities, he is committed to fostering a culture of academic excellence where every student is challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their highest potential.
Before beginning his career in education, Mr. Ceballos proudly served eight years in the United States military, completing two deployments. His military experience instilled the resilience, discipline, and no-quit mindset that continue to shape his leadership philosophy. He believes in lifelong learning, continuous improvement, and the power of strong partnerships among students, staff, families, and the community to ensure success for every child.
Mr. Ceballos is a proud father of two. His daughter is completing her senior year in Biomedical Engineering, and his son is beginning his freshman year of school. Outside of school, he enjoys exercising, listening to music, playing chess, and spending quality time with his family.
Nicholos Kongamnach - Assistant Principal

Nicholos Kongamnach known in the community as “Mr. K”, proudly serves as Assistant Principal at Schrade Middle School in Garland ISD. With more than two decades of experience in public education, he has dedicated his career to supporting students, empowering teachers, and building positive school cultures where every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
Throughout his career, Mr. K has served as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, instructional coach, and Special Education Campus Support Coach for Garland ISD, where he partnered with campus leaders and teachers across the district to strengthen instructional practices, support student success, and provide professional learning for educators. These experiences have given him a deep understanding of student learning, inclusive practices, and the importance of building strong partnerships with teachers and families.
As Assistant Principal, Mr. K believes that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful school. His leadership philosophy centers on serving others, coaching teachers, celebrating student growth, and creating systems that help both students and staff thrive. He is committed to building a campus culture where every student feels valued, every educator feels supported, and every family is welcomed as a partner in learning.
Outside of school, Mr. K enjoys spending time with his wife, Claudia, and their two sons, Cameron and Ethan. He enjoys coaching youth baseball, following basketball, baseball, and football, and studying leadership and innovative practices that help students and educators succeed. He is honored to join the Schrade Middle School community and looks forward to partnering with students, staff, and families to make Schrade a place where everyone can learn, lead, and grow together.
Debra Bottoms - Assistant Principal

Debra Bottoms brings more than 20 years of experience in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district leader. She earned her bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and her master's degree in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
Throughout her career, Debra has been passionate about supporting teachers, building meaningful relationships, and creating learning environments where every student can thrive. Most recently, she served in Garland ISD's Teaching & Learning Department, where she supported curriculum and instructional improvement across the district.
As Assistant Principal at Schrade Middle School, Debra is excited to partner with teachers, students, and families to strengthen high-quality instruction, increase student achievement, and ensure every Falcon is challenged, supported, and empowered to soar.
Outside of school, Debra enjoys spending time with her husband and their two school-aged sons. Being both an educator and a parent continually reminds her that every decision should be guided by one simple question: What's best for kids?
Nicolaus Murry - Assistant Principal

Nicolas Murry is an accomplished educational leader with a proven track record of improving student achievement, developing high-performing teams, and driving organizational excellence across K–12 schools. Throughout his career as a school leader, he has led instructional initiatives, implemented strategic systems, and strengthened school operations to improve academic outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and campus culture.
He is recognized for using data to drive informed decision-making, coaching educators to strengthen instructional practices, and fostering collaborative partnerships with teachers, families, and community stakeholders. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and creating environments where both students and educators can thrive.
Mr. Murry's areas of expertise include instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, professional learning, school operations, strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement. He excels in fast-paced environments, building systems that support sustainable growth and high levels of performance.
He holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from the University of Arkansas.
Whether leading instructional transformation, developing educators, or implementing strategic initiatives, Mr. Murry is dedicated to building high-performing organizations that empower students, staff, and communities to achieve lasting success.
Tiffany Webb - Instructional Coach

Mrs. Tiffany Webb is a proud HBCU graduate of Paul Quinn College and earned her master's degree from Prairie View A&M University. With 20 years in education, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for student success. Throughout her career, she has served in Special Education, working with students ranging from PPCD (ages 3–5) through high school, as well as serving as an RTI Specialist, Campus Coordinator, and fulfilling numerous administrative leadership roles.
Mrs. Webb is dedicated to supporting both students and educators while fostering an inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive. She firmly believes that “Every child can learn—just not on the same day, or in the same way!” This philosophy continues to guide her work as she advocates for equitable opportunities and meaningful learning experiences for every student.
