Athletics

We offer the following athletic programs:

  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Track & Field

Physicals

All students wishing to participate in Schrade Athletics must have a current physical on file.

All incoming 2020-2021 7th graders (boys and girls) must have a completed medical history page and physical signed by a doctor that is dated after April 1 2020. Also the GISD Athletics Online forms (7) must be completed. They can be found on the GISD webpage under Departments, Athletics, and then scroll down and on the right side of the page Athletic Form System. Create an account and complete all 7 forms.

Any incoming 2020-2021 8th graders (boys and girls) who had a physical last year will not need a new physical unless there was a change in your medical history. You will still need to complete the medical history page and the 7 GISD Athletics Online forms. They can be found on the GISD webpage under Departments, Athletics, and then scroll down and on the right side of the page Athletic Form System. Create an account and complete all 7 forms.
