Hi Sewell Seahawks!  

I'm Coach Colwell the Physical Education teacher here at Sewell.

I grew up in Minnesota and went to college at St. Cloud University, but I couldn't handle the cold. As soon as I graduated, I moved down south and got a teaching job in Texas. 

This will be my 29th year of teaching already! My husband and I have two wonderful girls and a silly looking dog named Gizmo. We love being active and especially love paying volleyball in our free time. I can't wait to teach all of you this year!
