Rhonda Williams proudly serves as an Assistant Principal at South Garland High School. She brings extensive experience in instructional leadership, student support, and campus operations, having served in roles including Instructional Coach, RTI Facilitator, and classroom teacher.
Mrs. Williams is passionate about building strong relationships with students, staff, and families while fostering a positive and supportive school culture. She is committed to ensuring high levels of academic achievement for all students through data-driven instruction, intentional interventions, and a focus on equity.
She has completed leadership development through Garland ISD’s Future Principals Institute and the Holdsworth Leadership Collaborative. Mrs. Williams believes in leading with integrity, compassion, and a student-centered mindset, working daily to empower students and staff to reach their full potential.
